Job Description
The Supply Chain Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
Project coordination
a. Work with Client Project Managers to understand project pipeline, anticipate volume of activity, schedule of activities by location
b. Work with sourcing and PLM to ensure 3-way match is applied appropriately
c. Work with vendors – communicate Asset file requirements, asset tagging, packing
slip requirements, transportation guidelines
Purchase Order (PO) tracking for multiple data center location sites
a. To track all open POs for from the time of creation until PO is fully delivered and vendor is paid in full post receipt of all goods in inventory
Delivery estimates, timelines, vendor communication
a. Understand shipment timelines from vendor
b. Obtain asset files in time for receipt
c. Same day receipt completion
d. Performing receipts for equipment purchased on 2-way match PO
e. Vendor invoice / payment resolutions
Interoffice transportation
a. Work with Project Managers to forecast rack movements
b. Ensure all movements of goods are compliant with inventory policies
c. Leverage freight management suite to arrange transportation
d. Ensure data security compliance for interoffice movements
e. Coordinate with other Distribution Center and Warehouse locations for inbound / outbound shipments
Movements & Disposals
a. Ensure location changes are tracked within premises
b. Perform logical / physical verification for all device disposals
Reporting & Metrics
a. Keep track of on-hand inventory
b. Bi-Weekly reporting of inventory in storage, floor, inbound, outbound, shipments, and disposals
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-tech industry
- Experience in data center operations
- Experience in data analytics, manipulation, and visualization of Data using SQL and Tableau
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
